As the Community Football Development Officer, Daniel is the face for Community and Precision football. He is responsible for developing and enhancing opportunities for aspiring youngsters to play football on the Central Coast. This includes coordinating and implementing programs such as:
- School Development
- School Tournaments
- School TSP Programs
- Precision Football Clinics
- Precision Football Holiday Clinics
- Precision Football FOURZ
- Coach Education
With the support of principal sponsor Newcastle Permanent, Central Coast Football’s school program has grown from strength to strength with over 4000 school children taking part in the School Development Program’s across the Central Coast and 1200 taking part in school gala-days competitions.
Daniel, an AFC “B” Licenced coach and holds an FFA instructors licence, initially came to the Central Coast in 2004 to take up the role as the Youth Development Officer with the then Central Coast Coasties. Prior to that he held successful development roles in Sydney and Wollongong.
Daniel also provides a vital link between the High Performance and Community units by doing extensive work within the Representative program and to date has had great success in coaching both Junior and Senior positions and in 2007 Daniel was Awarded FNSW Women’s Premier League Coach of the year.
