Challenge Ranch - 160 Hensons Road, Somersby NSW 2250

The Central Coast Football staff had a "Team Building" day at the Challenge Range, Somersby on Monday morning. It was a tremendous opportunity to get out of the office and engage in an activity not football related and yet extremely challenging. Paul Nield (Education Co-ordinator) from the Challenge Ranch, and the man charged with our lives (literally), looked after us well and instructed us on abseiling on the purpose built tower erected on the property.

The facility is owned by the Diocese of Boken Bay and is centred on a 60 hectare site with accommodation for approximately 160 persons in bunk budget style accommodation. Lightning are looking to utilise this facility at the end of the year after trials to induct our player into the program, establish ground rules and to assess the team dynamic's of our players.
